Bidder should do Online Enrolment in this Portal using the option Click Here to Enroll available in the Home Page. Then the Digital Signature enrollment has to be done with the e-token, after logging into the portal.

Important points about Digital Signature Certificate

I. Do not try to change Digital Signature Certificate e-Token Password. In case you click on Delete button or "X ". Then DSC holder need to apply new Digital Signature Certificate from. 

II. You are one and only responsible person which documents you signed through your digital signature certificate. These records will be store in online with time Stamp.

III. In Case you lost your Digital Signature Certificate before make a Police Diary, you need to revoke your certificate from registered portal.

IV. DSC password, e Token Password and Master Password all are same. If you provide wrong password continuously your token will be blocked.
